Dear Revolution Church members and supporters,
As you know this has been a time of transition for us. With my move to Minneapolis, we know have two locations. One here in Minnesota, and our co-pastor, Vince Anderson is leading the congregation in Brooklyn, NY.
These two small communities have a shared mission of serving the larger church by being laboratories of grace and provocation. We strive to grow as individuals and a church, through provocative interpretations of scripture, while practicing radical hospitality.
With now two weekly podcasts, and our continued online work as counselors and points of resource for communities that are attempting to also practice grace and provocation, we have continued and expanded our vision and mission.
We are excited about this expansion, however we are on the verge of not being able to continue this important work. We need your support now, or Revolution Church may cease to exist.
In order to make giving easier, we have switched to the online company Dwolla, to handle our on-line donations. With this new system, you will be able to make one-time donations, or you can also set up a recurring donation. If you prefer to not use on-line giving you may also donate by sending your gift to our offices in Brooklyn. If you prefer Paypal and would like to continue to make one time donations through them, you still can. To make a gift today, either through Dwolla, Paypal or by mail, please click here.
For those that used Good Shepherd in the past to make recurring donations in the past, please take a minute and sign up on out Dwolla. All Good Shepherd accounts have been closed, and there are no transactions happening with that service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A quick programing note, there will be no services at either the Minneapolis or Brooklyn location over Labor Day weekend. Enjoy the weekend!
I thank you in advance for your support to help keep Revolution Church alive and thriving.
